Task project for building a strong manufacturing city

Eight main tasks

□ Implement green production and manufacturing, achieve low-carbon circular development

□ Promote industrial structure adjustment and optimize the layout of the manufacturing industry

□ Promote innovation in business models and develop productive service industries

□ Improve the level of international development and promote the integration of international resources

Six major projects

Intelligent manufacturing project: By 2020, more than 60% of large and medium-sized enterprises will implement digital manufacturing, and over 80% will conduct R&D, production, and management activities through the internet; by 2025, the CNC rate of mechanical processing and the application rate of high-end CNC equipment will significantly increase, and the localization rate of intelligent devices such as industrial robots and additive manufacturing equipment will reach over 80%.

Industrial strong foundation project: By 2020, 50% of key basic materials and core basic components will achieve independent assurance; by 2025, 70% of key basic materials and core basic components will achieve independent assurance.

Green manufacturing project: By 2020, achieve a reduction of about 5% in energy consumption intensity in high-energy-consuming industries such as steel, petrochemicals, chemicals, and cement, and a 10% reduction in the emissions of major pollutants such as smoke, dust, and SO2 compared to 2015; by 2025, strive to achieve a 20% reduction in the emissions of major industrial pollutants compared to 2015.

Innovation carrier construction project: By 2020, establish 1-2 provincial-level manufacturing innovation centers. By 2025, the number of provincial-level manufacturing innovation centers will reach 2-3, actively creating national-level innovation centers.

Quality brand construction project: By 2020, the standard adoption rate of major industrial products will reach over 96%, forming a batch of well-known products with strong competitive advantages both domestically and internationally. By 2025, the standard adoption rate of major industrial products will reach over 97%.

Productive service industry enhancement project: By 2020, the proportion of productive service industries in the service industry will reach 58%, cultivating 50 manufacturing service demonstration enterprises with strong comprehensive strength and significant industry influence.
